Architectural before tactical
We start with the system. Not the tool, not the use case, not the demo. If the architecture isn’t right, the use case won’t survive contact with production — and the demo won’t survive the second cohort of users.
Founded on the bet that — in the agentic era — the moat is no longer the model. It is the architecture beneath it.
The first wave of enterprise AI was about access — getting models, copilots, and assistants into the hands of teams. The second wave is about architecture. About what happens when those models need to act, decide, and operate inside the messy, governed, real-life enterprise.
Most consultancies are organized around the first wave. They sell pilots, demos, and copilot rollouts. We are organized around the second — the practice of designing the substrate beneath the AI: the data, the decisions, the systems, the agents.
Luminity Digital was founded by practitioners who have done this work at scale across three continents — building enterprise data platforms, cloud architectures, and AI systems that had to actually run in production, with audit trails, with regulators in the room, with leadership counting on the answer.
We do not pretend the AI hype cycle is over. We just don’t think it’s where the work is. The work is upstream of the dashboard, downstream of the model, and inside the system that connects them.
We start with the system. Not the tool, not the use case, not the demo. If the architecture isn’t right, the use case won’t survive contact with production — and the demo won’t survive the second cohort of users.
We are not a body shop. We don’t bill by the seat-hour, we don’t run armies of juniors against your roadmap, and we don’t optimize for lock-in. Our default is to build capability inside your team, not adjacent to it.
We publish at least ten insights every week, grounded in peer-reviewed research and the architectural realities of the closed AI stack. The same posture shows up in every engagement: evidence, not enthusiasm.

An enterprise architect with deep specialization across data, cloud, and applied AI — with a track record of architecting and delivering large-scale platforms across Europe, the United States, and Asia.
The founding bet of Luminity is that architecture is the durable advantage in the agentic era. Tom built the firm to be small enough to stay advisory, opinionated enough to take a real position, and grounded enough — through weekly research output — to back it up.
Tom also leads the AI Talent Accelerator (AITA) and the emerging Claude Architects specialization — our deep focus on architecting agent systems on the Claude stack.
